Plancha de très grande qualité, la caisse en inox très costaud et la fonte émaillée très résistante ! Alors pour fabriquer du matériel de grande qualité vous êtes forts mais en ce qui concerne le S.A.V et la relation client c’est un zéro pointé que je vous colle !pas un seul message pour prévenir les gens concernant la livraison, qu’elle va mettre plus de temps que prévue par exemple franchement un mail ça coûte rien ! Résultat des courses je suis allé moi même chez le transporteur chercher ma plancha d’ou les 2 étoiles

Superbe plancha robuste et fonctionnelle petit bémol sur l'écoulement des graisses... une traverse métallique devient un peu l'écoulement donc les sucs ne tombent pas très bien dans le bac...il va falloir que je scie légèrement.

Reçu plaque fonte défectueuse, remplacée sans discuter et sans tarder. SAV impeccable. Colis, emballage, présentation et produit top. Brûleurs inox magnifiques. Ensemble pas encore essayé.
